Our goal is to get you moving better, communicating and thinking better, while improving general fitness, endurance, confidence, and overall independence. When traditional rehabilitation efforts yield a "good enough" result, we go above and beyond, pushing you closer to 100% of the new you. We believe that recovery knows no limits.

Sara McLaughlin, MSPT, CF-L1, Adaptive & Inclusive Trainer
Sara McLaughlin joins the team as a CF Level 1 Trainer (CF-L1), Adaptive & Inclusive Trainer (AIT), and Physical Therapist (MSPT) with over 20 years of experience working with individuals of all ages and limitations, including children with limb loss and limb difference, and has a background in orthopedics and neuro PT.
Sara coaches at Daybreak CrossFit in Wayland, provides skilled PT in a Skilled Nursing Facility, and works as a certified Massage Therapist. On top of all of this amazing background and experience, as the mother of a child with a congenital limb difference/amputee, Sara has a personal connection to adaptive training.
From Sara herself about why FtF and adaptive training: “The confidence and independence that can be gained through fitness can be life changing. I appreciate that FtF is filling a gap for people between ending therapy and being able to maximize their potential and reaching their goals for fitness, recreation and life, not what insurance companies have declared to be enough.”
Fallon Katz, DPT, AIT
Fallon joins the team with a background ready to train, with her BS in Exercise Physiology from Florida State University and her Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) from MGH Institute of Health Professions. Outside of work, Fallon enjoys hiking, baking, and spending quality time with family and friends.
