📣 Our Legends program serves older adults (ages 65+) who want to stay “strong for life.” We use functional fitness, prioritizing movements you see in everyday life, to help you stay healthy, strong, and able.


👉🏼 Read on to learn more about functional fitness:

A SQUAT is getting up & down from a chair/couch/toilet…

A DEADLIFT is simply picking an object up from the floor (a grocery bag, a grandchild, etc)…

And the dreaded BURPEE - well that’s just controlled “falling” and getting up when you fall…

…and so much more!


🚨 We use adaptive, accessible, inclusive fitness principles, which means we meet you where you are, at any level. No experience is necessary! Can’t get down to the floor? We’ll bring the floor “up” to you, helping you get lower safely as you go. Can’t squat in free space? We have supports to help you “sit to stand.”


🗓️ Our next 8 week series takes place on Tuesdays & Thursdays from 10:15-11:00, with a bonus "focused Fridays" skill day. This session starts January 14 and runs through March 7.
